William P. Foley II

William P. Foley, II is executive chairman of Fidelity National Information Services (NYSE: FIS).
FIS is a global provider of core processing for financial institutions; card issuer and transaction processing services; mortgage loan processing, as well as mortgage-related information products and outsourcing services for financial institutions, retailers, mortgage lenders and real estate professionals. FIS has processing and technology relationships with 31 of the top 50 global banks, including nine of the top ten. FIS now processes more than 50 percent of all U.S. residential mortgages and serves more than 7,800 financial institutions in over 60 countries worldwide. In 2004, Bank Technology News ranked FIS at the top of its "10 Technology Companies to Watch" list.
In March 2000, Bill's vision and determination to grow the company was realized with the acquisition of Chicago Title Insurance Company, which catapulted Fidelity into its current position as one of the largest title insurance companies in the nation. Under Bill's direction, Fidelity significantly diversified its business operations through the 2003 acquisition of ALLTEL Information Services, now FIS.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1967, after which he served in the U.S. Air Force and attained the rank of Captain. Bill also received an M.B.A. degree from Seattle University and attended the University of Washington School of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree in 1974.
From 1974 to 1984, Bill practiced law in Phoenix, Arizona, and focused primarily on corporate and real estate law. Following his legal tenure, Bill became affiliated with FNF. In addition, Bill served from 1994 to 2005 as Chairman of Carl Karcher Enterprises (NASDAQ: CKE), which owns, operates and franchises more than 3,200 quick-service restaurants throughout the U.S.
Bill has always been generous with the time he devotes to educational and community organizations. He is currently serving as a Trustee on the Boards of The Bolles School, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens. Bill's additional professional directorships include Winter Sports, Inc., Florida Rock Industries, Inc. and SCRIPPS Florida Funding Corporation.
Bill also continues to serve educational institutions and philanthropic organizations in California, where he resided before moving to Jacksonville, Florida, when Fidelity National relocated its headquarters there in 2003. He serves as an advisory board member for The University of Washington School of Law and The Hutton Foundation. In addition, Bill serves Chapman University School of Law both as a member of the Dean's Council and as an Endowed Chair of the William Foley Chair in Corporate Law & Taxation. Bill and his wife, Carol, have four children and are active philanthropists in many other causes, especially those in support of children's education.
In 1996, Bill was a Corporate Director of the Year honoree at the Companies in Transition Forum and also served as a delegate to the Republican National Convention in San Diego, California. In 1997, he was chosen as Orange County, California's Business Person of The Year, honored with the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation's Semper Fidelis award and inducted into the Florida Council of Economic Education's First Coast Business Hall of Fame in 2006.
Despite his numerous professional and philanthropic commitments, Bill is an accomplished golfer, who was ranked in 2004 by Golf Digest as one of top five executive golfers in the world. He is also an avid chess player. Bill enjoys his time as a vintner and is the founder and managing partner of Foley Estates Vineyard and Winery as well as LinCourt Vineyards in California. -

Lee A. Kennedy is President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE: FIS), a majority-owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), listed as number 248 on the Fortune 500. FIS is a leading provider of outsourced products and services to clients in more than 60 countries worldwide. FIS processes nearly 50 percent of all U.S. residential mortgages, and has processing and technology relationships with 35 of the top 50 global banks, including nine of the top ten. Fidelity offers other information services, including property data and a wide range of real estate-related services used by lenders, mortgage investors and real estate professionals to complete residential real estate transactions throughout the U.S.
Mr. Kennedy joined FIS in February 2006 as a result of the merger between FIS and Certegy Inc. Prior to the merger, Mr. Kennedy was serving Certegy as its Chairman and CEO and from July 2001 to February 2002 as its President and CEO. His previous position was President and Chief Operating Officer of Equifax Inc. and prior to that he held the position of President of Equifax Payment Services, in St. Petersburg, Florida. In April 2004, Mr. Kennedy was elected to the Board of Directors of Equifax Inc. and presently serves on its Board. In 1972, Mr. Kennedy joined Telecredit and since then has served in numerous managerial positions. From 1990 until 1995, Mr. Kennedy was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Equifax Card Services. Prior to that, he served as President of Telecredit Service Center in Tampa from 1981 until 1990. Telecredit, acquired by Equifax in 1990, became Equifax Check Services and Equifax Card Services. In 1995 the two were combined and Mr. Kennedy was named President of Equifax Payment Services, the new operating unit. During his tenure at Equifax Payment Services (formerly Certegy), Mr. Kennedy built a global services business and also helped pioneer card issuing to community banks and credit unions. Mr. Kennedy earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration in 1972 from the University of Tampa. He and his wife, Pam, reside in Jacksonville, Florida. They have three children. -
Jeffrey S. Carbiener

Jeffrey S. Carbiener is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Fidelity National Information Services and is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's finances.
Prior to his role with FIS, Carbiener served as executive vice president and group executive for Certegy Check Services. In his 15 years with Certegy, Carbiener also served in senior finance roles in both Check Services and Card Services, including vice president and controller of Certegy Payment Services and vice president of mergers and acquisitions. Carbiener has a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of South Dakota. He is a member of the Arizona State Board of Accounting, the American Institute of Public Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. -
Francis K. Chan

Francis Chan is senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) and is responsible for managing all accounting policies and overseeing financial reporting. Additionally, Chan performs accounting diligence on potential acquisitions and manages FIS' corporate Sarbanes-Oxley compliance initiative, as well as other executive accounting functions.
Chan also manages FNF's and FNT's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and presided over FNF's acquisition of Alltel Information Services, Chicago Title and others while serving as FNF's Corporate Controller. Chan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant. Having relocated from California, Chan exchanged views of the Pacific Ocean to views of the Atlantic Ocean, and now lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with his wife, Velma, and two children. -
Ron Cook

With nearly twenty years of legal expertise, Ronald Cook is senior vice president and general counsel for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). Prior to coming to FIS, Cook served as senior vice president and associate general counsel, providing and managing the delivery of legal services for payment processing and risk management services to Certegy's clients worldwide. His primary areas of focus included commercial transactions, consumer credit, collections, litigation, mergers, acquisitions, technology licensing, banking and privacy.
Cook served as assistant vice president and associate group counsel for Equifax, Inc., before founding a Tampa law firm specializing in corporate governance, acquisitions, telecommunications, intellectual property, banking, collections, privacy and commercial transactions. A skilled arbitrator and mediator, Cook is certified by the Florida Supreme Court and is an active member of the American Arbitration Association and the Florida Bar Association. His writings have been published by the University of Southern California Law Review, Computer Law Journal. Cook holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from the Stetson University College of Law. He resides outside of Tampa with his wife and two children. -
Michael P. Oates

Michael P. Oates is senior vice president of human resources for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (NYSE:FIS) and oversees all personnel-related functions, including recruitment, employee benefits and employee relations.
Before joining FIS, Oates was vice president of human resources for Florida Rock Industries, Inc., in Jacksonville, Fla. Oates has more than 16 years of experience in the human resources arena. In addition to his work for Florida Rock Industries, he previously held positions as director of Labor Relations for CSX in Jacksonville and as a partner at the Richmond, Va., law firm of Hunton & Williams, where he specialized in labor and employment law. He also served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, where he was a deep sea diving and salvage officer aboard the USS Reclaimer (ARS 42).
Oates is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, a registered house counsel with the Florida Bar Association and a member of the board of directors for the Yates YMCA in Jacksonville. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctorate from the Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and was named to the Order of the Coif. -
Michelle Kersch

Michelle Kersch oversees corporate communications and marketing for Fidelity National Information Services. In this role, she is responsible for internal and external communications, special events and media relations, as well as all marketing activities for the organization.
Kersch earned a bachelor's degree in communications and a master of business administration degree from the University of North Florida. She has also earned the status of accredited public relations professional.

Gary A. Norcross

Gary Norcross, as president of Fidelity Integrated Financial Solutions (IFS), is the company's senior-most executive responsible for the community banking, credit union and savings institution market segments. With a reputation of being intensely customer focused while maximizing the performance of his business units, Norcross has taken Fidelity IFS from fewer than 100 to more than 1600 clients since assuming the leadership role in 1996.
Norcross believes in establishing a sound, well-focused business strategy from the start, and then staying the course so it can achieve its objectives an approach that has worked well for Fidelity IFS, which has enjoyed yearly double-digit growth under his direction. His strong leadership recently resulted in the acquisition of Aurum Technology, a signi?cant move that increased the division's size to almost 1900 employees, 1600 clients and $300 million in annual revenues. The acquisition brings the division closer to Norcross' vision of Fidelity IFS as an undisputed, industry-recognized leader in total solutions for community banks, credit unions and savings institutions. With a career start in the mortgage business, Norcross joined Systematics, Inc. in 1988 as a systems engineer. He quickly moved into management roles in software development and client leadership, and his rapid rise continued after Systematics' acquisition by ALLTEL Corporation in 1991. In 1996, he was promoted to senior vice president/general manager of the company's community bank segment, and shortly thereafter to president of the Integrated Financial Solutions division. He was the clear choice to continue to lead the division upon ALLTEL's acquisition by FIS in 2003. -

Frank Sanchez

Frank R. Sanchez is the President of the Enterprise Banking and Retail Solutions division of Fidelity National Information Services. His responsibilities include the strategy, architecture and development of the banking suite of products, including core banking, integration and channel solutions. He also has responsibility for the Auto Finance business and the Commercial Lending businesses within FIS. Sanchez also has revenue responsibility for Strategic accounts which consists of top-tier US and global institutions as well as specific product line revenues.
Prior to joining FIS in January 2003, Frank was the CEO of Sanchez Computer Associates, a public (NASDAQ: SCAI) banking technology company that specialized in real-time banking systems for the global market, enterprise customer integration systems and complete internet banking outsourcing. Frank began his career at Sanchez in 1980 and fulfilled many organizational functions including product architecture and engineering, sales and marketing and executive management. He designed and built the industry's first highly scalable real-time banking system which has successfully been installed in hundreds of financial institutions spanning 16 countries. In 2001, he deployed the industry's first core banking system on a Linux platform. Throughout his career, Frank has continually provided technology innovations to the financial services and IT industry and has received numerous individual and corporate achievement awards. Frank served on the technical advisory board for high performance system at Digital Equipment from 1986 1991. He was a director of Transaction Systems Architects (NASDAQ: TSAI), from 2003 2005. He currently serves on the board of Covansys (NASDAQ: CVNS) and the Penn State University remote campus curriculum advisory board. Frank attended the University of Connecticut where he studied astrophysics and finance. -

Michael E. Sax is senior vice president and treasurer for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). Prior to this position, Sax's responsibilities included serving as Certegy's senior vice president and treasurer, and corporate vice president and controller prior to that. Before joining Certegy, Sax held various financial positions within Equifax, including serving as senior vice president and controller of Equifax Payment Services.
Sax holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. -
Dan Scheuble

Dan Scheuble is the president of Fidelity National Information Services' (FIS) Mortgage Processing Services division.
Scheuble has 25 years experience in the financial services technology area, with the last 11 being devoted specifically to the mortgage industry. Mortgage Banking Magazine recently selected Scheuble as one of its 2004 Mortgage IT All-Stars. IT All-Stars are selected for having helped the mortgage industry adopt and integrate technology. Before joining FIS, Scheuble was CIO at GMAC. Prior to that, he was the CIO for HomeSide Lending. In this role, he managed the development and implementation of the Mortgage Desktop, a comprehensive origination system built to support retail, direct and wholesale channels. He also built and managed a multibillion dollar direct-lending channel for HomeSide Lending. While with HomeSide, Scheuble re-built its in-house servicing system, which included the creation of a comprehensive infrastructure and the addition of significant functionality. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts dual degree in computer science and accounting from Christopher Newport College. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Northeastern University. -
Eric Swenson

Eric Swenson is President of Lender Outsourcing Solutions for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS). Mr. Swenson's leadership is characterized by empowering every member of his team to offer the highest level of service to customers. By embracing cutting-edge technologies and implementing new business systems, he has increased the range of services that Fidelity National Financial is able to provide to a broad base of customers. Mr. Swenson's professional experience covers a span of more than 20 years and a wide array of businesses from entrepreneurial successes with start-up companies to prominent real estate and mortgage industry positions. He joined FNF in March of 2000 when FNF purchased Chicago Title Insurance Company. Since that time he has held several executive positions including: President/COO of FNIS (NASDAQ); EVP Southern California Regional for Chicago Title, Fidelity National Default Solutions, Fidelity National Lender Solutions, National Relocation Division, Lender's Service Inc. (LSI), Property Insight; and Managing Director of Financial Service Solutions, Inc. (a 50/50 Joint Venture with Bank of America). He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles and worked in Washington D.C. as a Legislative Assistant for two different U.S. Congressman. He has also served at the highest level of several real estate and mortgage industry associations. In addition to professional organizations and real estate associations, Mr. Swenson has given much of his time to various community-based groups, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Boy Scouts of America and the Weingart Center. -
Mary K. Waggoner

Mary Waggoner is senior vice president of investor relations for Fidelity National Financial Services (FIS). Prior to the FIS-Certegy merger, Waggoner served in a similar capacity as Certegy's senior vice president of investor relations. Waggoner has also worked as senior vice president of investor relations for Mercantile Bancorporation in St. Louis, Mo., and served in senior level community banking positions between 1985 and 1997 including controller, senior vice president, and president. Waggoner is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University.

Brent B. Bickett is President of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a leading provider of title insurance, specialty insurance and employee claims management services; and executive vice president of Fidelity National Information Services.
Before joining Fidelity in January 1999, Brent was a member of the Investment Banking Division of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., a leading national investment banking firm, from August 1990 until January 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Brent served as a Managing Director of Bear Stearns' real estate, gaming, lodging and leisure group.
Brent earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 1986 and his M.B.A. degree from the Anderson School at UCLA in 1990. -
Roger Leitner

Roger Leitner is president of Commercial IT Solutions for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS). Commercial IT Solutions offers managed information technology, consulting and business continuity services to companies outside the banking and mortgage industries. Leitner is responsible for sales, customer relationships and service delivery to Commercial IT Solutions customers.
Leitner leads his team through allegiance to deliver world-class information technology services and to do the right thing for its customers and FIS. He is dedicated to meet all commitments he and his team make.
Leitner has more than 25 years of information technology experience, including front-line product management, employee and management development and customer account management. He joined Fidelity when Fidelity acquired ALLTEL Information Services, where Leitner served as president of the Enterprise Banking Solutions division from 2002 to 2006.
Leitner joined ALLTEL in 1986 as vice president and area manager of the remote information technology processing division. He was later promoted to president of the telecommunications division for ALLTEL and was responsible for providing information technology products and services to the global telecommunications industry.
Prior to joining ALLTEL, Leitner was vice president of product development and support at ZIP Processing, Inc. in Topeka, Kansas. At ZIP, Leitner ran a data center on behalf of 60 financial organizations. He was also responsible for the implementation of a financial switch service for those organizations.
Leitner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Fort Hays State University.
